Delivery is free on all orders over £25; otherwise, the shipping cost is £3.49.
Discreet delivery
You will receive ordered tests in neutral packaging without any information about your order. Only you will know what the packaging contains. After we dispatch your order, you will receive on your e-mail a tracking number to have better control over delivery.
Secure payment methods
We do not store any of your credit card or other payment information.
You can choose from the following payment methods:

30-day return policy
Besides 14 days statutory right to return a product purchased online, we add additional days for your convenience. If you return a product you purchased in 30 days, we will completely refund you, no questions asked. We only ask you to make sure that products returned are not used, opened or damaged.
